VERICLEAN is a cleaning machine with an integrated rotation control system. During operation, the rotational speed of the liquid-powered machine turbine is continuously transmitted to a sensor. These signals can be easily picked up and transmitted to a control unit.
VERICLEAN is an innovative system with a unique function that can provide a deep insight into the components involved in the cleaning process. Errors in the cleaning process can be detected immediately by deviating signals. By observing the number of rotations over a long period of time, gradual errors can be observed, for example a decreasing pump performance.
In systems with several VERICLEAN installed, a comparison of the pulse counts can reveal differences or errors in the liquid supply to the individual cleaning machines. Deviations can also indicate incorrectly switched or defective valves as well as a pressure drop caused by other reasons. By evaluating the signals over longer periods of time, maintenance intervals can be set that cannot be allocated to the years of use of the cleaning machine, but to an actual period of use. Cleaning machines that are used less can thus be excluded from premature maintenance or regular routine maintenance can be specifically defined for the future.
Maintenance intervals are usually specified for cleaning machines, but these are often not adhered to. Many cleaning machines are operated until a defect occurs. VERICLEAN is ideally suited for achieving maximum service life, which is exactly what the associated orbital cleaners are made for. If several cleaning machines are installed in one tank, interference signals can be generated by neighboring devices with conventional liquid or pressure sensors. VERICLEAN always only monitors the machine connected to the device.
VERICLEAN is an innovative and highly developed system for operating orbital cleaners. By using VERICLEAN, a high level of hygiene and process safety is achieved.
